Health centre reopens!
The health side of Phunzira is expanding! We now have a UK doctor working with us full time. Since her initial visit to Ruarwe in April the health centre has reopened. As well as providing essential medical services, the Phunzira health initiative will also be working within the community focusing on prevention rather than cure. There will be a variety of educational sessions related to HIV and nutrition and a new project called 'the health boat'.
There are plenty of opportunities for all healthcare workers to get involved. Read on to find out more...
